The second edition of the Global Government Regulatory Forum, titled "Global Government Regulatory and Justice Forum," has been held as part of the World Government Summit 2026, held in Dubai from 3 to 5 February, 2026. The Forum, which is organized jointly by the General Secretariat of the Cabinet and the Ministry of Justice, was attended by heads of states, ministers, and government leaders in legislation, justice, and policymaking, alongside leading academics and global experts specializing in emerging and advanced technologies.

The General Secretariat of the Cabinet (GSOC) has organized a session on "The Current Status of Public Policies in the UAE" attended by more than one hundred government officials and experts in developing and measuring the impact of public policies in ministries and federal entities.
