1. In return for the services provided by the General Authority for Islamic, Endowments, and Zakat Affairs at the Quran Memorization Centers and Sessions – which are identified in the below schedule – the fees designated next to each service shall be collected.
2. The fees for the Quran Memorization services shall be applicable to non-citizens beneficiaries, including non-citizens who have been affiliated to the Quran Memorization Centers and Sessions by the government or private authorities.

Article (2) Exemptions

Children of female citizens and citizens of GCC Countries shall be exempted from paying the fees of services referred to in Article (1) of this Resolution.

Article (3) Fees Collection

The fees stipulated in this Resolution shall be collected via the means determined by the Ministry of Finance.

Article (4) Executive Resolutions

The chairman of the General Authority for Islamic, Endowments and Zakat Affairs shall issue the executive resolutions necessary for the implementation of this Resolution.

Article (5) Repeals

Any provision conflicting or contradicting with this Resolution shall be repealed.

Article (6) Publication and Enforcement

This Resolution shall be published in the official gazette and shall come into force as of the day following its date of publication.
