Article (1)
The UAE Technical Regulation “Animal Slaughtering Requirements According to Islamic Rules”, whose number and title are determined in the schedule annexed to this Resolution, shall be deemed a mandatory technical regulation in the United Arab Emirates.
Article (2)
All concerned entities, existing at the time of this Resolution’s enforcement, shall regulate its statuses in compliance with its provisions within (365) days as of its enforcement date.
Article (3)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following its date of publication.
