Article (1)
The Performance Management System for Federal Government Employees attached to this Resolution is approved.
Article (2)
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources shall exercise the following powers:
1. Issue the necessary instructions to implement the provisions of this law and the related guidelines.
2. Develop the electronic system in accordance with the provisions of this system.
3. Amend the models and guidelines whenever necessary.
Article (3)
Cabinet Resolution No. (12) of 2012, referred to above, is hereby cancelled, as is any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution.
Article (4)
This Resolution shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
